摘要
激光弯曲成形技术是一种利用高能激光束扫描金属板表面时形成的不均匀温度场所导致的热应力来实现金属板料成形的方法。在介绍激光弯曲成形工艺过程的基础上,研究了不同成形工艺参数对板料组织与性能的影响,结果表明,控制合理的工艺参数,可显著改善变形区材料的组织和性能。
Laser bending process is a new nexible forming process without rigid tool. The sheet metal is formed by internalthermal stress induced by laser. On the basis of introducing the laser bending process, the influence of laser bending processon microstructures and properties of sheet metals is studied. The results show that the material microstructures and propertiesof the deformed zones can be improved remarkably if proper process parameters are chosen.
