摘要 介绍了气体辅助注射成型技术特点,说明了气辅成型工艺中高压气体注入的时间-压力控制曲线,最后讨论了气辅成型制品中气体冲破熔体前峰缺陷的形成原困和防治方法。 The characters of gas-assisted injection molding technology are introduced, time versus pressure control curve ofhigh-pressure gas is shown, and the forming reason and resolving method of gas breaking through melt defect in gas-assistedinjection molding are discussed.
