Triple-Joint-Autioned Countermeasures in Developing China Automotive Industry Faced with High-Tech, New Economy and Globalization

我国加入ＷＴＯ后要面对高科技、新经济和全球化的挑战。发展我国汽车工业应采取“三重联动”创新对策，即通过“市场与技术的联动”、“跨国产学研的联动”及“机制创新、组织创新与管理创新的联动”，来促使我国汽车工业与汽车工业先进国家在科技上进行更广泛、深入和有效地合作，从而不断提高我国汽车产品的国际竞争力，使我国汽车工业尽快融入全球化进程。

China shall be facing with the challenges of high tech, new economy and globalization after joined in WTO. Developing China automotive industry shall adopt the innovation policy of 'Tviple-Joint Action , i. e. by joint action of market and technology' , 'joint action of trans-nation production, study and research and 'joint action of system innovation, organization innovation and managing innovation' , to promote widely and deeply the effective cooperations in science and technologies between China automotive industry and foreign advanced automotive industry countries, and increase continuously the international competitive ability for our domestic automotive products to make our domestic automotive industry merge as soon as possible in the globalization process.
