过氧乙酸与漂白粉对模拟医院污水消毒效果的研究

Study on the efficacy of peracetic acid and bleaching powder for disinfection of simulated hospital sewage

目的 为了比较两种消毒剂对模拟医院污水的消毒效果。方法 用过氧乙酸和漂白粉对模拟医院污水消毒 ,比较两者在同一浓度、同一作用时间下对细菌的杀灭作用。结果 0 .0 5g·L- 1的过氧乙酸作用 15min对埃希氏大肠杆菌的杀灭率为 10 0 % ,而 0 .0 5g·L- 1的漂白粉的杀灭率只为 97.93% ;0 .2 0g·L- 1的过氧乙酸作用 60min对枯草杆菌芽胞的杀灭率为 96.16% ,而漂白粉为 90 .5 3%。

Objective In order to compare the efficacy of two disinfectants on bacteria of simulated hospital sewage.Methods Simulated hospital sewage was disinfected with peracetic acid and bleaching powder in laboratory,we observed the killing effects of two disinfectants on bacteria of simulated hospital sewage at a same concentration and a same time.Results 0.05 g·L -1 Peracetic acid could kill 100% Escherichia coli in 15 min,while 0.05 g·L -1 bleaching powder could kill 97.93%.0.20 g·L -1 Peracetic acid could kill 96.16% Bacillus subtilis spore in 60 min,while 0.20 g·L -1 bleaching powder could kill only 90.53%.Conclusion The killing rates of peracetic acid on Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis spore were higher than bleaching powder.
