摘要
针对 16 V2 80型机车柴油机中冷器 ,应用涡产生器式翅片设计了新型顺排圆管管片式换热板芯 ,通过传质、传热比拟实验和真实元件的凝结传热实验 ,证明顺排圆管管片式换热板芯换热能力强 ,空气压力损失小 ,与圆管光片换热板芯相比 ,换热能力平均提高 2 0 %左右。应用涡产生器的顺排圆管管片式中冷器能够满足 16 V2
After analyzing some roughed fins used in the inter cooler of locomotive diesel engine, a new kind of fin with vortex generators (VG) is presented. Its heat enhancement mechanism is different from the fins used in the inter cooler currently. The in line finned tube banks heat exchange unit with VG is designed for the inter cooler of 16V280 diesel engine. The mass/heat transfer analogy experiment and the condensation heat transfer experiment made on the heat exchange unit have shown that the heat exchange unit with VG has better heat transfer performance and low air pressure drop. Compared with flat finned tube banks unit, its heat transfer ability is increased by 20%. The newly designed in line finned tube banks inter cooler with VG can meet the demand of the inter cooler for 16V280 diesel engine.
