摘要
为有效评价铁路建设项目的可持续性 ,提出了铁路建设项目可持续发展的概念 ,分析其研究内容 ,建立评价指标体系 ,并给出各指标的计算方法。在此基础上 。
In order to evaluate the sustainable development of the railway construction projects effectively, this articale discusses the concept of sustainable development of railway construction projects and analyzes its contents briefly. An evaluation index system and computational methods of each index are also included in this article. Based on this, a functional coeficient method of evaluating the sustainable development of railway construction projects is proposed.
