摘要
在进行牵引电机温升试验时 ,准确快速地测定电机的通风量至关重要。本文论述了流体力学中伯努利方程及其在流量测试中的应用。笛形管测试流量的理论依据同样是伯努利方程 ,由笛形管及有关特殊设计的电子线路构成了风量自动测定装置 ,与传统测定装置的比较试验说明了该自动测定装置设计合理 。
It is very important to truly and fleetly mensurate the ventilation volume when carrying through the temperature rise testing of traction motor. The Bernoulli equation in hydromechanics and its application to flowrate testing has been discussed in this paper. The theoretical basis of measuring flowrate with flute shape tube is the Bernoulli equation similarly. The auto mensuration device of ventilation volume is constituted by flute shape tube and relevant electronic circuit of special design. Comparing with traditional mensuration device, this device has the advantage of reasonable design and high precision of mensuration.
