化疗并用卡提素治疗菌阳肺结核的疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Positive Bacteria Pulmonary Tuberculosis Treated by Chemotherapy and BCG-PSN

目的 观察和评价化疗并用卡提素治疗菌阳肺结核的疗效。方法 将 1998年新登记的 2 0 0例初治、复治涂阳肺结核患者随机分为A、B、C、D组。A、C组 (各 5 0例 )分别采用 2H3 R3 Z3 S3 /4H3 R3 和 2H3 R3 Z3 E3 S3 /6H3 R3 E3 并用卡提素方案治疗 ;B、D组 (各 5 0例 )单纯用 2H3 R3 Z3 S3 /4H3 R3 和 2H3 R3 Z3 E3 S3 /6H3 R3 E3 方案治疗 ,观察治疗后痰菌阴转、病灶吸收、空洞改变及临床症状的消失情况。结果 第 2月末痰菌阴转率 :A、B组分别为 10 0 %和 78% ,C、D组分别为 86 %和 6 6 % ;疗程结束痰菌阴转率 :A、B组分别为 10 0 %和 92 % ,C、D组分别为 92 %和 6 6 % ;空洞吸收率 :A、B、C、D组分别为 80 0 %、 44 8%、 72 5 %、 48 8%。结论 卡提素能提高痰菌阴转率 ,促进病灶吸收及空洞闭合 ,提高免疫细胞活性 ,是一种较好的免疫调节剂。

Objective To observe and evaluate the curative effect of positive bacteria pulmonary tuberculosis tueated by chemotherapy and BCG-PSN.Methods 200 primary and re-treated positive bacteria pulmonary tuberculosis of newly registered cases were separated into groups A?B?C?D by random.Grorp A(50 cases)and group C(50 cases)were treated by 2H_ 3 R_ 3 Z_ 3 S_ 3 /4H_ 3 R_ 3 and 2H_ 3 R_ 3 Z_ 3 E_ 3 S_ 3 /6H_ 3 R_ 3 E_ 3 with BCG-PSN .Group B(50 cases)and group D (50 cases)treated by 2H_ 3 R_ 3 Z_ 3 S_ 3 /4H_ 3 R_ 3 and 2H_ 3 R_ 3 Z_ 3 E_ 3 S_ 3 /6H_ 3 R_ 3 E_ 3 alone.Then the sputum negative conversion?the foci absorption?cavity closing up and symptom fleeing.were observed Results At the end of 2nd month,the sputum negative conversion rate to groups A?B?C?D was 100%,78%,86%and 66% respectly.At the end of treatment,the sputum negative conrersion rate to groups A?B?C?D was 100%,92%,96%and 76%;The foci absorption rate to groups A?B?C?D was 96%,84%,92%and 66% respectly.;cavity close up was 80%,44 8%,72 5%and 48 8% respectly.Conclusions BCG-PSN can improve the sputum negative conversion rate,accelerate the foci absorption and improve the vitality of immune cells.It is a better immunity injection.
