摘要
当前 ,医疗纠纷已成为社会各界极为关注的热点。作者对如何正确认识医疗纠纷处理中存在的问题 ,采取积极有效的措施 ,预防和妥善处理医疗纠纷 ,维护医患双方的合法权益 ,提出了建议。
Recently,medical disput is becoming focal point which the total society cares about.As long as we recognize the ethical questions rightly about setting the medical disput and take active and effical measurs,it will be benefical to preventing and setting properly medical disput,to upholding the legittimate rights and interests of both of physicians and patients,and to the social atability and unity devolpment of medicine.
