摘要
目的 探讨铁路乘警血浆一氧化氮水平、脂质过氧化损伤与高血压的关系。方法 选择某铁路分局 15 9名铁路乘警 ,按年龄分为 2 3~ 2 9、 30~ 39、 40~ 49和 5 0~ 5 9岁共 4组 ,分别进行常规体检和测定血浆一氧化氮 (NO)、丙二醛 (MDA)水平和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。结果 (1)按新旧高血压标准界定的乘警高血压总患病率分别为 2 3 90 % (38/ 15 9)和 8 18% (13/ 15 9) ;(2 )随年龄或工龄的增加 ,心电图和肝胆B超异常率均逐渐上升 ,血清总胆固醇水平随年龄也呈现增加趋势 ,而甘油三酯水平在四组之间未发现明显差异性 ;(3)随年龄的增加 ,两种标准下高血压发病率均上升 ,血浆NO水平逐渐下降而MDA含量则呈上升趋势 ,其中血浆NO水平与高血压的关系非常密切 (r =- 0 986 8,P =0 0 13)。
Objective\ Relationship between level of plasma nitrogen monoxide and lipid peroxidation and hypertension according to new(140/90 mm Hg)and old(160/95 mm Hg)criteria are explored.Methods\ 159 railway policemen were sorted by age into 23~29,30~39,40~49 and 50~59 groups.Routine physical examination was conducted.The level of plasma nitrogen monoxide,superoxide dismutase and MDA were detected.Results\ (1)Total prevalence rates of hypertension were 23\^90%(38/159)and 8\^18%(13/159)according to new and old criteria respectively.(2)The abnormal rates of ECG,B ultrasound of liver and gall and the level of total cholesterol increased with the age or length of service years.No significance was found in the level of triglyceride among four groups.(3)In accompany with the increase of age,rates of hypertension under both new and old criteria elevated,level of plasma NO decreased,and MDA elevated.And there was a strong association between NO level and hypertension(r= -0\^986 8 ,P=0\^013).Conclusions\ These results suggest that lipid peroxidation damage and plasma NO level may contribute to the occurrence and development of hypertension in railway policemen.
