内镜多环结扎治疗食管胃底静脉曲张疗效观察

Effect of endoscopic multiple ligation for esophageal and gastric varices.

目的 探讨内镜多环结扎术对食管胃底静脉曲张的疗效。方法 采用 Wilson- Cook多环结扎器对 5 9例患者行内镜下多环结扎术 12 5次 ,其中 19例为急诊出血者 ,12例无出血史 ,伴 GV者 2 1例 ,部分患者辅以硬化治疗 ,观察其急诊止血效果和曲张静脉的消失情况。结果 急诊止血率为 10 0 % ,静脉曲张消失率为 83 % ,随访 1月～ 2年 ,再出血率为6.8%。结论 内镜多环结扎术 (必要时联合硬化治疗 )

Objective To assess the efficacy of endoscopic multiple ligation(EML)for esophageal varices(EV)and gastric varices(GV).Methods EML(Wilson～Cook is product)was used to ligate EV and GV(1～5 times) in 59 patients of those cases, 19 were complicated by acute bleeding;some were treated by EML plus sclerotherap. The success rates of arresting acute bleeding and eliminating EV and GV were investigated. Results The success rate of arresting acute bleeding was100% and that of eliminating EV and GV was 83%.The rate of rebleeding after l month to 2 years was 6.8% .Conclusion EML,combined with scleratherapy if necessary,is an effective method for the treatment of EV and GV.
