摘要
目的:探讨宫颈癌细胞DNA含量与组织学分级的相关性。方法:应用显微分光光度计的定量检测技术,对73例宫颈癌病人Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级癌细胞进行DNA含量及形态学的定量分析。结果:组织细胞DNA含量及细胞核面积,随病理级别的增高而递增,组织学病变越严重,DNA含量越高,细胞核面积越大。结论:对宫颈癌细胞DNA含量及面积的测定对肿瘤的早期诊断、组织学分级及指导治疗方案的选择有参考价值。
Objective: To study the relationship between quantitative analysis of DNA content and histologic grading in cervical carcinoma cells. Methods: The DNA content and morphology of grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲcervical carcinoma cells in 73 patients were quantitatively analyzed with microspectrophotometer. Results: The mean of DNA contents and nuclear area in carcinoma cells increased steadily with the advance of histologic grade. The highest DNA content and nuclear area were observed in grade Ⅲ carcinoma. Conclusion: The microspectrophotometric measurement of DNA contents and nuclear area may serve as a new means in diagnosis of cervical carcinoma.
