脑忆清胶囊对记忆损毁小鼠学习记忆的影响

摘要 目的 :观察脑忆清胶囊对记忆损毁小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法 :采用樟柳碱、东莨菪碱及戊巴比妥钠复制小鼠记忆获得障碍模型 ,乙醇复制记忆再现障碍模型及亚硝酸钠、氯霉素复制记忆巩固不良模型。结果 :脑忆清胶囊能显著减少上述记忆损毁小鼠错误时间 ,延长反应潜伏期。结论 :脑忆清胶囊对记忆损毁小鼠学习记忆障碍有明显的改善作用。 Objective:To observe the effects of Naoyiqing capsule on learning and memory ability in declined memory mice.Method:The dysmnesia models of acquired learning induced by scopolamine,anisodine and pentobarbital sodium,reappearance disorder of memory by ethanol,stability disorder of memory by sodium nitrite and chloramphenicol were used.Result:Naoyiqing capsule could significantly decrease the error times and increase latent phase for model mice in learning tests.Conclusion:Naoiyiqing capsule possess obvious improvement effects on ability of learning and memory in dysmnesia mice.
