摘要
计算机辅助手术是近年来在国际上发展迅速的一个领域 ,它对于确定病灶位置、制定最佳手术方案和保证手术成功等都具有十分重要的意义。本文沿着计算机辅助手术的发展轨迹 ,从系统组成和临床应用两大方面详细介绍了计算机辅助手术系统 (CAS)的发展状态 ,并给出了目前商业化的导航系统。最后对计算机辅助手术的发展作了展望。
Computer aided surgery is a fast developing area nowadays.It has most advantage in precise determination of the focus,planning optimal surgical project and assuring success of operation.Following the trace of CAS,a review of the more prevalent techniques and available navigation systems will be presented,along with examples of specific applications of clinic practice.Finally,some of the future directions of CAS will be discussed.
