血美安胶囊在急性白血病化疗后间歇期的临床应用

Application of Xuemeian Capsule for Acute Leukemia During Intermission of Chemotherapy

【目的】探讨在急性白血病化疗后间歇期骨髓受抑制时 ,应用血美安胶囊 (由赤芍、枸杞子、豕甲、生地等组成 )对骨髓功能恢复的临床疗效。【方法】采用前瞻性随机对照方法 ,观察血美安胶囊联合西药治疗急性白血病化疗后间歇期患者血中血红蛋白、血小板、白细胞的变化及骨髓增生的程度。【结果】血美安胶囊联合治疗组总有效率达 93% ,而基础治疗对照组有效率仅为 5 4 %。两组对比有明显差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。【结论】血美安胶囊在急性白血病化疗后间歇期的治疗能提高患者的抗病能力。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xuemeian Capsule for intermission of acute leukemia with bone marrow arrest after chemotherapy.Methods A prospective trial was carried out in 136 cases of acute leukemia after chemotherapy. The cases were randomly allocated to two groups.Group A(n=86)was treated with Xuemeian Capsule and routine western medicine and Group B(n=50)with routine western medicine.The changes of hemoglobin,platelet and leukocyte and the hyperplasia of bone marrow were observed.Results The totally effective rate was 93% and 54% in Group A and Group B respectively,the difference being significant(P< 0.001).Conclusion Xuemeian Capsule exerts an effect on acute leukemia during the intermission of chemotherapy by increasing body resistance.
