枕大池蛛网膜囊肿切除加分流术探讨

Operative treatment for arachnoidal cyst in cerebellomedullary cistern.

目的 :观察囊肿切除加枕大池 -腹腔分流术治疗枕大池蛛网膜囊肿的疗效。方法 :对枕大池蛛网膜囊肿行囊肿切除术加枕大池 -腹腔分流术。结果 :所有病例术后 2～ 3周枕大池明显缩小 ,1 2例得到随访 ,平均随访时间 32个月 ,枕大池及脑室系统大小正常 ,无囊肿复发 ,症状逐渐消失。结论 :囊肿切除加枕大池 -腹腔分流术治疗枕大池蛛网膜囊肿 ,具有疗效确切、并发症少、无复发等特点。

Objective:To investigate the effect of cyst resection and cerebellomedullary cistern shunt on arachnoidal cyst in cerebellomedullary cistern.Methods:18 cases were operated on via cyst resecting and cerebellomedullary cistern shunting.Results:All cases had CT scans two or three weeks after surgery.12 cases were followed up for 32 months on average,and the size of cerebellomedullary cistern and ventricular system were normal.No cyst recurred.The preoperative symptoms disappeared gradually.Conclusions:This operating approach is effective with less compllcations and no recurrence.
