摘要
将蚂蚁浜地区重金属污染土用于制砖是处置污染土的一种新尝试。经测定,污染土与一般粘土的化学成分和容重基本一致。选择<925,925,950,1000,1050、1100及>1100℃七种烧成温度,制成砖经测试,除抗折、抗压强度略低于粘土砖(红砖)外,其余各项指标均符合建筑要求。考虑多项因素,以950—1100℃烧成温度为宜。
Making brick from heavy-metal-polluted soll isa new attempt to treat polluted soil. The chemical composition and bulk density of the polluted soil are almost the same as those of common clay soil. Seven baking temperatures i.e.<925,925, 950, 1000, 1050, 1100,>1100℃ were chosen to make brick. Results obtained showed that except folding strength and compressive strength of the brick made from the polluted soil slightly lower than those of clay brick (red brick), the other quality indexes accord with the demands for construction. 950—1000℃ is an optimum range of baking temperature.
