抗、感BaYMV性与大麦花培绿苗率的关系 被引量:3

摘要 2份抗BaYMV栽培种,4份感BaYMV栽培种和由这些抗性种与感性种正反交得到的10份F_1的花药离体培养,结果表明了抗性种在作父本时,F_1的花培绿苗率可以介于双亲之间或超亲;而在作母本时,绿苗率则介于双亲之间或低于双亲。正反交F_1花培绿苗率存在一定差异。 In doubled haploid breeding program of barley for BaYMV resistance,the crosses between resistant and susceptible type parents with same rowed, maturity and ecological types were produced reciprocally, and 10 different F_1-hybrids and their parents were evaluated in anther culture.The green plantlet frequency of F_1-hybrids was between or superior, inferior to those of their parents. Differences of green plantlet frequency were detected in each reciprocal cross.
