冠心病胰岛素抵抗与AGT基因M235T分子变异的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨中国人冠心病 (coronary heart disease,CHD)患者胰岛素抵抗 (insulinresistance,IR)与血管紧张素原 (angiotensinogen,AGT)基因 M2 35 T分子变异的关系。方法 选择 119例CHD患者 ,用空腹胰岛素 (FINS)与空腹血糖 (FPG)乘积除以 2 2 .5作为 IR指标。聚合酶链反应 -限制性片段长度多态性检测 AGT基因 M2 35 T分子变异。同期 5 1名正常人作对照。结果 CHD组与正常对照组之间 AGT基因 M2 35 T变异差异无显著性 ,CHD患者 AGT M2 35 T基因型与 IR指标之间无明显相关性。结论  AGT基因 M2 35 T分子变异与 CHD患者的 IR没有明显相关性。
