摘要
本文系统综述了国内外蘑菇培养料制备技术的发生、发展和变革。重点叙述了蘑菇培养料的配比及演变、制备技术工艺的进展,以及培养料在制备过程中的微生物群体区系、活动规律和物理化学变化。并结合作者的研究实践进行了适当阐述。
In this paper, the development, progress and innovation of compos- ting techniques in mushroom production are reviewed systematically, in putting em- phasis on compost formulation, composting technology, microflora and activities of microbial population as well as physical and chemical changes during composting pro- cess. Discussion is also spread out suitably on the basis of the authors' experimental investigation.
