摘要
用不同浓度的甘氨酸溶液浸渍小麦幼苗地上部,在光照下能明显促进小麦幼苗对NO_3^-的吸收,提高硝酸还原酶活力,促进NO_3^-的还原,并使小麦幼苗地上部氨基氮积累增加。这意味着甘氨酸的氧化,确能为小麦幼苗细胞质中NO_3^-还原提供还原剂和为根系NO_3^-吸收提供能量。
The results obtained from shoot soaking with glycine at different con- centrations indicated that NO_3^-. uptake, NR activity and NO_3^- reduction in wheat seed- lings were promoted under light and amino nitrogen accumulated in wheat shoots increased. It was suggested that oxygenation of glycine provided indeed reductant for NO_3^- reduction in cytoplasms and energy for NO_3^- uptake by roots of wheat seedling.
