黄瓜种瓜瓜龄和后熟处理对种子质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本试验选用我国北方推广面积较大的中晚熟黄瓜(Cucumis Sativus L.)品种“西农58号”为试材,采用二次饱和D——最优设计,探讨了瓜龄和后熟时间对种子质量的影响,并对播种后幼苗的生长情况进行了观察分析。结果表明,后熟处理能显著提高短龄种瓜的种子质量和产量,但对长龄种瓜效应减小。瓜龄和后熟时间二因素与种子千粒重的关系可用Y=-26.4547+1.9955Z_1+1.0702Z_2-0.0150Z_1Z_2-0.0180Z_1~2-0.0100Z_2~2表示,当瓜龄达48天左右时采下种瓜,并后熟约17天掏取的种子千粒重最大。 In this experiment, the effects of seed fruit age and after-ripening days on seed quality of cucumber were studied with the variety 'Xi Nong No. 58' cultivated in many areas in the north of our country. The quadratic saturation D-the best design was used in this experiment, and the plant growth after sowing was analyzed. It was con- sidered that the after-ripening had a significant effect of increasing seed quality and quantity. Contrarily, the longer seed fruit age, the less effect of after-ripening. The relationship between seed fruit age (Z_1)plus after-ripening duration (Z_2) and thousand-grain weight (y) can be expressed as the following equation: y = -26.4547+ 1.9955 Z_1+1.0702 Z_2- 0. 0150Z_1 Z_2- 0.0180Z_1~2-0.0100 Z_2~2. The highest thousand-grain weight was obtained from about 48-day old fruits and after about 17 days of after- ripening.
