蔗糖浓度、激素配比及不同培养方式对水稻胚性愈伤组织的诱导效应 被引量:12

摘要 本文观察了不同蔗糖浓度、激素配比及固体、半固体和液体培养方式对水稻不同外植体胚性愈伤组织诱导的影响。试验表明,6%的蔗糖浓度有利于胚性愈伤组织的发生。2,4-D、NAA、KT的合理配合使用比使用单一激素效果好。半固体培养可提高水稻花药胚性愈伤组织的诱导频率,促进植株再生。 The effects of different sucrose concentrations, phytohormone mixture ratios and medium types (solid, semi-solid and liquid) on induction of embryogenic callus from different kinds of rice explants were observed. It was showed in experiments that available sucrose concentration for inducing embyogenic callus was 6%, rational phytohormone mixture of 2, 4 D+NAA+KT was more effective than single phytohormone. Meanwhile, it was found that semi-solid medium culture was more favorable for embryogenie callus formation and plant regeneration.
