多效唑(MET)对油菜叶片光合功能及产量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 油菜秧苗三叶一心期叶面喷洒200ppm多效唑。用药后叶片叶绿素含量上升,5天时增幅最大,20天后开始下降;用药后10—30天内,多效唑处哩的油菜叶片,气孔阻力降低,胞间CO_2浓度提高,光合速率增强;移栽前单株干物重与对照相近,但根冠比提高,越冬期单株干物质积累显著高于对照。实收产量表明,多效唑处理的每亩大田能增收油菜籽15公斤,经济性状分析指出,主要是增加了有效分枝和单株角果数。 The seedlings of rapeseed were sprayed with 200 ppm MET. The chlorophyll content increased with a peak at the 5th day after MET treatment and deelined from the 20 th day. During 10-30 th days after MET treatment, the rapeseed leaves showed a decreased stomatal resistance, increased CO_2 concentration in intercellular space as well as an enhanced photosynthetic rate. The ratio of root to crown was significantly increased and the dry matter accumulation during winter is higher compared with the control. The estimated yield was increased by 225 kg/ha by MET treatment mainly due to the increase of effective branches and number of siliques per plant.
