摘要
水稻花药培养的愈伤组织在稀土植物生长灯的作用下,绿苗分化皆比外形和功率均相同的普通日光灯的早,生长速度亦较快,而且旺盛。其中,蓝色光强大于红色光强的植物生长灯还有提高绿苗分化频率的作用。
Two kinds of plant-growth lamps containing rare-earch phosphor and one normal fluorescent lamp with the same size and power were used inrice anther culture for comparing their effects on green plantlet regeneration and growth of rice anther-derivedcalli. The greenplantlet regenerated faster and grew more vigorously when thecalli were incubated under irradiation of the plant-growth lamps. The frequency of green plantlet regeneration was increased by the lamp mainly providing blue-violet region of the spectrum.
