摘要
以孔子为代表的儒家思想,对我国长达两千余年的封建社会有重大影响。本文从礼法、立法、司法三个方面对儒家的法律思想进行了探讨。
The Confucianists' thinking represented by Confucian greatly infcuenced China feudalism which lasted for over 2000 years.This article studies the Confucianists' ideas on law from the following three aspects: ceromonial conventions, legislation and judiciary.
