谷氨酸钠对铝及相关元素在组织中沉积的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解谷氨酸钠对铝、铁、锌、钙在组织中沉积的影响 ,采用 2 4只 SD大鼠 (体重约 1 2 5±1 5 g)平均分成 4组 ,进行为期 5 0 d的灌服试验 ,其分别灌服蒸馏水 (空白对照组 ) ,1 .2 mmol氯化铝 ,1 .2 mmol柠檬酸钠 +等摩尔氯化铝 ,1 .2 mmol谷氨酸钠 +等摩尔氯化铝。取脑、肝、肾、骨组织和血液 ,测定其铝、铁、锌、钙的含量。结果 :给试鼠服用铝 ,都能提高铝的吸收量 ,使各组织中铝的含量升高。同时给予铝和柠檬酸盐时 ,试鼠肾、骨中铝的含量极显著地高于对照组和 Al Cl3 组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,肝中铝含量极显著地高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,脑中铝含量也显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。同时给予铝和谷氯酸单钠 ,试鼠肾、脑中铝的含量极显著地高于对照组和 Al Cl3 组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,血红细胞中铝的含量显著地高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。给试鼠服用铝 ,能降低铁在肝、脑、肾中的沉积量 ,但却使胫骨、血红细胞中铁的含量升高 ;引起试鼠肾和胫骨中钙的含量升高 ,血红细胞钙和脑钙含量降低。结果表明 :谷氨酸钠和柠檬酸钠均能促进铝的吸收和组织中的沉积 ,Al抑制 Fe的吸收 ,但促进 Ca的吸收 ,而对 To investigate the effect of sodium glutamate on the retention of aluminum,iron,calcium,zinc in tissues,24 SD rats were divided into 4 groups with 6 rats each one which were respectively gavaged with l ml of following solution:distilled water,1.2 mmol AlCl 3,1.2 mmol AlCl 3+1.2 mmol sodium citrate (Al+CitNa),and 1.2 mmol AlCl 3+1.2 mmol sodium glutamate (Al+GluNa)during 50 days.At the end of experiment,the tibia,the liver,the kidney,the brain and the blood were collected.Al,Fe,Ca,Zn of these tissues and red blood cells were determined.Results are as follow:the animals gavaged with aluminum had high aluminum content in the tissues.Al+CitNa increased very significantly aluminum level in the kidney and tibia compared to control and AlCl 3(P<0.01),very significantly liver aluminum content (P<0.01)and significantly brain aluminum content (P<0.05) compared to control.Al+GluNa elevated very significantly aluminum level in the kidney and brain compared to control and AlCl 3(P<0.01),significantly aluminum level of red blood cells (P<0.05)compared to control.Al could decrease Fe content in liver,brain,kidney,but increase in tibia,red blood cell.Al made Ca content in tibia and kidney increased,but in red blood cell and brain decreased.So Conclusions could be gotten out that Sodium glutamate and sodium citrate improve the aluminum retention in tissues,Al inhibits Fe absorption,improves Ca absorption,but has no effect to Zn absorption.
