摘要
香椿种子形状扁平、近乎椭圆,红褐色。在常温贮藏过程中,易发生生理变化,各种质膜透性不断提高,改变着种子吸胀的水分平衡;细胞质膜逐步丧失控制能力,电解质会从种子内部渗入水中,致使电导率升高。经红四氮唑和红墨水测定表明,种子生活力随贮藏时间延长而下降,直至死亡。
Ripe seeds of T.sinensis are oval,flat and reddish brown.A series of phy- siological changes had been noted in stored seeds during storage at room temperature, the permeability of various membranes of seeds increased and led to a changein water balance of seeds during imbibition and a loss of control by plasmalemma over leakage of electrolytes from seeds into water,resulting in an increase of electrical conductivity. Both tetrazolium and red ink tests revealed that seed viability declined with increasing storage time and this ultimately resulted in the death of seed.
