果实解剖结构和生理生化特性与秋番茄耐贮性的关系 被引量:2

摘要 用透射电镜观察7个秋番茄品种绿熟果的超微结构,并测定其呼吸强度和乙烯释放;以(矮黄×402)F_1为试材,分析不同成熟度果实的过氧化物酶同工酶,并测定其呼吸强度。试验表明,果皮角质层厚度、果皮4层细胞排列紧凑与否、厚角组织多少等解剖结构与果实耐贮性有明显关系,可以作为预测耐贮性的一个解剖结构指标;呼吸强度和乙烯释放,可以作为预测耐贮性的一个生理指标;不同成熟度果实过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱有明显差异,可以作为鉴定绿熟果成熟度的一个生理生化指标。 The ultrastructure of mature-green fruits of 7 autumn-grown tomato varie- ties was observed by using transmission electron microscope,and their respiratory intensity and ethylene production were measured.Peroxidase isoenzymes and respira- tory intensity at different ripening stages in fruits(Ai huang×402)F_1 were studied. The results showed that the cuticle thickness of peel,the density of 4-layer cells of peel and collenchyma count,all these anatomical structures were obviously associated with the storability of fruits and so could be considered as an anatomical structure index for predicting the storability of tomato fruits;and in the same way the respiratory inten- sity and ethylene production as a physiological index.The difference appearing among peroxidase isoenzyme charts in fruits at different ripening stages could be considered as a physiological biochemical index for determining mature-green fruits.
