摘要
黄瓜种子在连续白光、蓝光、黄光及黑暗下能够萌发,红光及绿光的连续照射却抑制黄瓜种子的萌发。能萌发的光质下的种子中过氧化物酶活性随时间的延长而不断升高,至子叶张开后趋于稳定;抑制萌发的光质下的种子内过氧化物酶活力始终保持极低的水平。萌发的种子中蛋白质含量为规则变化,不能萌发的种子中蛋白质含量一直呈下降状态而最后趋于稳定。
Cucumber seeds could germinate under continous white,blue,yellow light and dark,but the germination was inhibited by continous red and green light. Activities of peroxidase in germinated seeds raised following germinating process and growth of cotyledons,in other hand,there were almost no peroxidase activities in ungerminated seeds.Change pattern of protein content in germinated seeds was from declining to rising,and finally to stability,and in ungerminated seeds,protein content dropped to a certain level and got stable.
