摘要
论述了工程爆破技术在开发西部水资源方面可以发挥的积极作用。指出 ,在制定我国工程爆破技术创新的发展战略时 ,应充分考虑开发西部水资源对爆破技术发展的要求。建议加强开发工程爆破新能源 ,发展炸药能量转化过程的精密控制技术 ,提高炸药能量利用率。爆破理论的研究应当围绕长距离引 (调 )水工程、深埋长隧洞快速爆破掘进、提高地下工程爆破质量、定向爆破筑坝、特殊地质条件 (冻土、黄土、冰川 )下的爆破等诸方面开展。针对开发西部水资源中的重大工程 ,重视发展工程爆破施工装备技术 ,特别是研制地下施工、冻土钻孔等特殊施工装备。就西部脆弱的生态环境而言 ,更应重视爆破对环境的影响 ,也就是说 ,要把保护生态环境作为基本原则 ,努力实现无公害爆破。开发西部水资源是一项系统工程 ,建议政府和有关设计、工程单位在开展这项工作时 ,邀请爆破专业人员参与。
In this paper,the positive roles of engineering blasting technology in exploitation of western water resource are discussed It is pointed out that the demands of the exploitation of western water resource for engineering blasting should be sufficiently considered when the national developing strategy for innovation of engineering blasting technology is worked out It is proposed that the development of new energy resources for engineering blasting should be emphasized and the technologies for precisely controlling the transformation of explosive energy developed so as to increase the utilization of explosive energy The research of blasting theory should center on the long distance diversion works,rapid excavation of the long and deep tunnels,the improvement of underground blasting quality,the damming by directional blasting,the blasting under special conditions such as tundra,loess and glacier For the significant projects in exploitation of western water resource,a great attention should be paid to the development of the equipment for carrying blasting into practice Especially,the equipment used for underground constructing and drilling in the tundra should be highlighted As far as the weak western ecology is concerned,a further attention should be devoted to the influence of engineering blasting on surrounding environment In other words,the ecotope protection should be taken as a principle to devote nonhazardous blasting The exploitation of western water resource is a system engineering So,it is proposed that the government and relative units of design and construction should invite engineering blasting experts to take part in the exploitation of western water resource
