摘要
介绍了基于UG技术的制袋 -充填 -封口机的计算机辅助分析系统 ,描述了它的结构、实现原理和特点。该系统在Windows9x NT平台上工作 ,运用UG软件进行方案的设计及空间结构运动于机械结构的分析与仿真 ,可实现综合运用CAD CAE进行完整方案设计与优化过程 ,获得高质量、高效率的方案。是设计人员进行包装机性能模拟、方案决策的得力工具。
In this paper,the bag forming-filling-sealing machine computer analysis system is introduced.Its organiation,implementation principle and characteristics are described in detail.This system will be used on Windows 9x/NT to carry out product anallysis.By using of UG software,the analysis and simulation of its space motion and mechanical structure can be got.UG is a powerful CAD/CAE tool and it provides the capability of designing complete project and process optimization.From the point of practice,UG can be used to obtain more effective project.It is a useful tool to implement the bag forming-filling-sealing machine perforance simulation and project decision-making.
