改革开放前我国的经济建设对外资的需求量是很大的 ,从建国后到改革开放前的 30年 ,我国利用外资工作的发展却极不平衡 ,导致这种局面的因素在于 :西方国家的经济封锁、原苏联的背信弃义行为及我国当时存在的对社会主义的误解和“大国”意识的影响等。

There used to be a great need of foreign capital for our economic construction just before the reform.During the 30 years between the founding of our nation and the reform, we were in a rather difficult situation in this aspect. The attributing factors were mainly the economic blockade of western countries,the perfidies of the former Soviet Union, our misunderstanding of socialism and the influence of 'great power' idealism.
