对“国际贸易法”的定义、范围和渊源进行探讨 ,提出“国际贸易法”定义是指调整跨国贸易关系和与贸易有关的其他各种关系的法律规范的总和 ,“国际贸易法”的范围应包括国际贸易私法和国际贸易公法两个部分 ;“国际贸易法”的渊源基本上指贸易条约。

It is very important to probe into the definition, scope and sources of the international trade law for the development of the science of the international trade law. The international trade law is the sum total of legal rules which regulate transnational trade relations and the interrelated relations. Its scope includes private rules and public rules. Its sources mainly embody treaties, customs, legislation and case law.
