In order to meet the social needs of qualified personnel, cultivate high quality economic personnel with sufficient abilities of meeting an emergency?pioneering and making innovations, based on the reform of economic specialized practice, the paper explores the reform of economic specialized practice according to the specialized characteristics and suggests a new model of distributive practice and object management to improve the function of specialized practice of training economic qualified personnel with a sense of responsibility, consciousness, creativeness and varied abilities.
