Analysing Education Law

教育法是现代国家教育行政的基础和基本依据。而教育立法和司法又面临一系列问题、矛盾甚至是冲突。依法治教成为世界教育发展的趋势。我国的教育法制既需适应世界教育发展的潮流 ,成为世界教育改革的一部分 。

The Education Law is the foundation and essential busis of educational administration in the modern countries.However the educational legislation and judicature face a series of problems,contradictions and even conflicts.To manage education by the rule of law is a tendency of development of the world education.The educatioinal law system in China meets the need of the tide of world education development,becomes a part of reforms of world education and also faces its own problems in legislation and judicature.
