摘要
邓小平对刑法学作出了巨大贡献 ,主要表现在以下几个方面 :一、邓小平关于单位犯罪的论述及其对我们的指导意义 ;二、邓小平关于共同犯罪人种类的认识及其对我们的指导意义 ;三、邓小平关于打击犯罪分子的论述及其对我们的指导意义 ;四、邓小平关于死刑问题的论述及其对我们的指导意义。
Deng Xiaoping made a great contribution to the science of criminal law, which is shown in the following aspects: (1)his expounding of unit crimes and its guiding role; (2)his expounding of classification of common criminals and its guiding role; (3)his expounding of cracking down on criminals and its guiding role; (4)his expounding of death penalty and its guiding role.
