RH血型系统遗传学研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 194 0年 L andsteiner和 Wiener用印度恒河猴红细胞免疫兔子 ,发现兔子的抗恒河猴红细胞抗血清 ,可以凝集大部分白人的红细胞 ,进而发现了 RH血型系统。半个世纪以来 ,关于 RH血型遗传机理的假说 ,众说纷纭。其中比较著名的有Fisher- Race学说及 Wiener学说等。 2 0世纪 90年代 ,随着分子生物学技术的发展 ,科学家提出了崭新的观点来解释 RH血型系统的遗传。 RH系统由 1号染色体短臂上两个高度同源的基因 RHD和 RHCE编码。本文就
