摘要 目的 :采用改良型生物调节器矫治生长发育期的安氏类Ⅱ错牙合儿童 ,以评价此矫治器对颅、颌、面软硬组织的影响。方法 :本文随机选择 3 0例安氏Ⅱ类错牙合儿童 ,3 0例健康儿童作为对照组 ,分别拍摄X线头颅侧位片 ,并进行治疗前后的电子计算机 -头影测量研究。结果 :治疗组SNA角减小 ,SNB角明显增大 ,ANB角减小 ,下颌骨水平向生长趋向正常。结论 :生物调节器矫治Ⅱ类错牙合不仅能抑制上颌生长 ,减小上颌突度 。 The computer-assisted cephalometric examination was performed before and after treatment to evaluate the effects of activator combined on occlusion, maxillofacial soft and hard tissue.Methods:Thirty children with class II malocclusion underwent the treatment of combined bionator (treatment group), and 30 children with class II malocclusion was not subjected the treatment and served as control group.Results:The results showed that in the treatment group, the angle of SNA and ANB was decreased, SNB angle obviously increased and the horizontal growth of mandible tended to be normal.Conclusions:It was suggested that Bionator for correction of class malocclusion could restrain the growth of maxillary, decrease the angle of maxillary and effectively promote the growth of mandible.
