奥扎格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛38例临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical effects of Ozagrel on the treatment for unstable angina pectoris in 38 cases

目的 :观察奥扎格雷 (Ozagreal)治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 :选择不稳定型心绞痛患者 38例。奥扎格雷治疗组常规治疗外给予奥扎格雷 ;对照组仅给予常规治疗 ,并测定奥扎格雷治疗前后的血小板电泳率。结果 :奥扎格雷可缓解心绞痛以及心电图缺血改变 ,治疗后血小板电泳率显著增快。结论 :在常规治疗基础上 。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Ozagrel on the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Method 38 cases with unstable angina were randomly received routine treatment or Ozagrel with routine therapy.The platelet electrophoresis was measured before and after using Ozagrel.Results Both the angina symptoms and electrocadiograph ST-T were much improved.The platelet electrophoresis rate became significantly faster after using Ozagrel.Conclusion Ozagrel with conventional antianginal agents is effective for treatment of unstable angina pectoris.
