Experiences on the non-operative treatment of the traumatic splenic rupture

目的探讨非手术治疗创伤性脾破裂的可行性。方法对非手术治疗创伤性脾破裂病例进行回顾性分析。结果选择非手术治疗的46例创伤性脾破裂患者 ,均获得治愈。结论只要严格掌握适应症 ,密切观察病情 ,正确治疗 ,非手术治疗创伤性脾破裂是一种安全有效的疗法。

Objective To explore the possibility of non operative treatmentof the traumatic splenic rupture.Methods The cases of traumatic splenic rupture treated by no operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results 46 selected traumatic splenic rupture cases with no operation were cured.Conclusion Non operative treatment of traumatic splenic rupture is safe and effective as long as the indication is taken seriously and the patients are observed closely and treated correctly.
