大肠癌p16基因缺失与临床病理特征关系的研究

摘要 目的探讨大肠癌 p16基因缺失与临床病理特征的关系。方法用聚合酶链反应技术 (PCR)对 3 2例大肠癌患者手术切除标本及粘膜正常组织进行 p16基因第 2外显子检测。结果 p16基因在癌组织中缺失率为 5 3 .1% ,与大肠粘膜正常组织的 6.3 %有显著性差异(P<0 .0 1) ,且与大肠癌病理组织学分型 ,临床分期及淋巴结转移情况有关。结论 p16基因缺失与大肠癌发生发展及分化不良有关。检测 Objective To study the relationship between the deletion of p16 gene and clinical pathologic features in colorectal carcinoma.Methods The expression of deletion of p16 gene in exon 2 was examined in tissues of 32 colorectal carcinoma cases and normal tissue by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results The deletion rates of p16 gene were 53.1% and 6.3%, in tumor tissues and normal tissues of large intestinal mucosa, respectively, with significant difference(P<0.01), which was related to the clinical pathologic classification , clinical staging and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The deletion of p16 gene is related to the development and bad differentiation of colorectal carcinoma. The detection of p16 gene deletion can contribute to the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
