中医药治癌的思路与基因组学

TCM Approach to Cancer Treatment and Science of Genome

强调了中医肿瘤病因的“三因”学说与基因组学中人类原癌基因活化的条件相一致 ;中医学“天人相应”学说与环境致癌、环境治癌及环境对基因表达的影响极为相似 ;中医学的辨证施治、同病异治、异病同治与基因的多态性和个体化治疗相近 ;肿瘤的“反克”传播途径及其理论与癌转移时 ,相关基因功能表达变化类似。从而提出了中医肿瘤学应以基因组学为契入口 ,继承和创新中医肿瘤学的理论和方法 ,以此构筑新的思路 ,为攻克肿瘤 ,继而为使中医药学成为世界主体医学组成部分服务。

The author emphasizes that the theory of 'three causes' for tumors is consistent with the conditions for the activation of human protooncogene in the science of genome. The theory of 'correspondence between man and heaven' is very similar to the effect of environment in causing cancer, treating cancer and affecting gene expression. The theories in traditional Chinese medicine on giving treatment according to syndrome differentiation, treating the same disease with different method and treating different diseases with the same method are very similar to polymorphism of gene and individualization treatment. The route of adverse transmission of tumor and relevant theories are similar to the expression and change of related genes during cancer metastasis. Based on the above, the author puts forward the view that TCM oncology should be based on the science of genome so as to inherit and develop theories and methods in TCM oncology in the treatment of tumors and bring traditional Chinese medicine into the mainstream medicine of the world.
