益气养阴活血通络法对糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨益气养阴活血通络法对糖尿病周围神经病变的作用及机理。方法 将 6 0例病人随机分成 2组 ,分别口服糖神散、济生肾气丸 1 4周。观察临床症状、红细胞中山梨醇的含量、血液流变学、胫后运动神经传导速度。结果 糖神散可明显改善临床症状 ,降低红细胞中山梨醇的含量 ,改善血液流变学 ,加快运动神经传导速度 ,与对照组比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。 OBJECTIVE To investigate into the functions and mechanism of the method of invigorating qi, nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in the channels in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy in diabetes patients. METHOD Sixty patients were divided randomly into 2 groups, who took Tangshen Powder and Jisheng Shenji Pill respectively for 14 weeks. RESULT Tangshen Powder could markedly improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the content of sorbitol in red blood cells, improve blood rheology and speed up the transmission speed of the nerve fibres, with significant difference as compared with the control group ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION Tangshen Powder treats peripheral neuropathy in diabetes patients by inhibiting hyperfunction of polybasic alcohol and improving blood rheology.
