晕可平冲剂质量标准研究

A Study on Quality Standard of Yunkeping Granule

目的 建立晕可平冲剂完善的质量标准。方法 采用以夏枯草、车前草为对照药材 ,以熊果酸为对照品 ,对晕可平冲剂进行了薄层层析定性检测研究。结果 全方层析斑点清晰 ,特征性强 ;采用硅胶柱分离 分光光度法 ,对制剂中所含熊果酸成分进行含量测定 ,结果含量测定的标准品线性关系好 ,检测数据稳定。结论 该方法可应用于晕可平冲剂的质量检测。

OBJECTIVE To establish the desirable quality standard for Yunkeping Granule. METHOD Qualitative test with thin-layer chromatography was performed on Yunkeping Granule, with Spica Prunellae Vulgaris, Herba Plantaginis and urson as the control. RESULT The spots in chromatography were clear with marked characteristics. Silica gel column separation method and spectrophotography were used to determine the content of urson in the preparation. The result showed that the test sample had good linear relation with stable numerical data. CONCLUSION The above method can be used in the quality test of Yunkeping Granule.
