参附注射液治疗儿童哮喘36例

A Study of the Clinical Effects of Shenfu for Treatment of Juvenile Asthma

目的 :探讨参附注射液对儿童哮喘临床疗效。方法 :将 72例哮喘患儿随机分为两组 ,治疗组 3 6例 ,采用常规治疗加用参附注射液 1mL·kg 1·d 1,qd ,共用 4～ 14d ;对照组 3 6例 ,采用常规治疗。观察治疗组和对照组在治疗前后相关临床指标。结果 :治疗组的临床症状、体征、疗程、血清IgG、T淋巴细胞中的CD3 、CD4、CD8及动脉血氧分压 (PO2 )、动脉血氧饱和度 (SaO2 )的改善均优于对照组。结论 :参附注射液对改善哮喘患儿的临床症状和体征、缩短病程。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of shenfu , a drug made from traditional Chinese herbal medicine for treating the juvenile asthma. Methods: A total of 72 cases of juvenile asthma were recruited and randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Those in the control group were treated with conventional regime, while those in the treatment with conventional regime plus intravenous administration of Shenfu injection. Various clinical parameters were observed before and after the treatment in both groups. Results:The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs, course of treatment, blood serum IgG and CD 3 ?CD 4?CD 8 in T lymphocytes and arteria PO 2?SaO 2 were greater in the treatment group than those in the control group. Conclusion: Shenfu has significant effects in improving clinical symptoms and signs, it can shorten the duration of illness and help regulate the function of humoral and cellular immunity.
