哺乳动物精浆蛋白与精子成熟关系的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 本文对哺乳动物精浆蛋白与精子成熟的相关性作了较为详细的阐述。其中与精子运动相关蛋白有精浆精子活动抑制剂(SPMI),精液凝胶素-Ⅰ和Ⅱ(Sg-Ⅰ和Sg-Ⅱ),子宫珠蛋白(UG),转谷氨酰胺酶(TG),转铁蛋白,分泌性白细胞蛋白酶抑制剂(SLPI),α 2-巨球蛋白(α 2-M),前列腺特异性抗原(PSA),高分子量Zn结合蛋白(HMW),前列腺体等。与精子形态、获能、顶体反应及受精相关有胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ),BSP家族,caltrins,胰蛋白酶抑制剂(P12),抗凝集素样唾液酸蛋白,cathelicidin(hCAP-18),GP-83,新型纤维粘连蛋白Ⅱ型(Fn2),岩藻糖结合蛋白,金属蛋白酶-2(TIMP-2)等。对精浆中与精子成熟相关蛋白的研究在生殖和避孕方面都具有十分重要的现实意义。
