遗传性男性不育的进展

摘要 遗传因素是男性不育的主要病因之一,并可通过辅助生殖技术垂直传递给男性子代。相当数量的临床非特发性重度少精子或无精子患者有AZF缺失。与精子发生有关的基因大量集中在Y染色体长臂的AZF区。在男性不育临床有必要开展使用外周血细胞DNA的AZF检查。
