染色体易位的植入前遗传学诊断方法学进展

摘要
染色体易位的携带者因其具有很高的生殖危险性,成为寻求植入前遗传学诊断(PGD)的重要人群。而易位染色体减数分裂的特点决定了其分离产生的配子的多样性,给PGD造成困难。近年来各种荧光原位杂交探针的开发,使易位PGD变为可能,而比较基因组杂交和间期转换等新技术的发展也为染色体易位的PGD开拓了更广阔的前景。
