摘要
目的 确定埃尔托型霍乱弧菌在模拟越冬中变异株及复苏株的致病性 ,为霍乱的防治工作提供依据。方法 采用分子生物学的CT基因PCR检测技术、以及传统的兔肠段结扎、乳鼠测毒试验。结果 埃尔托型霍乱弧菌在越冬中虽然表面结构发生了部分变化 ,但CT基因保持完好 ,可能是基因表达及粘附作用低于原流行株 ,变异株在兔肠段结扎实验中显示致泻力低于原始株。在复苏过程中 ,随着产毒量及菌体表面结构的恢复 ,越冬株在乳鼠测毒试验中毒力也表现为有所回复 ,复苏株已基本达到原流行株的毒力水平。结论 埃尔托型霍乱弧菌越冬中的变异株均有一定的毒力 ,而且在一定的环境条件下能恢复成流行株 ,因而在霍乱的监测工作中应提起广泛的关注。
Objective To verify the pathogenicity of overwintering variant and resuscitating strains of vibrio cholerae O1 of the biotype E1Tor,in order to furnish evidence for prevent to cholera.Methods Adopt microbiologic PCR techniques and traditional suckling mouse and rabbit as animal model.Results CT gene was maintaining in the cell of each stage in the overwintering progress,but the toxicity was lower in the test of rabbit-lagated ileal loops.In the resuscitative progress,cell's surface structure were resumptive,the toxin was constantly raised.The toxicity of the recovered strain was reached original standard as well.Conclusion All the variant strains of vibrio cholerae biotype E1Tor were possessed some toxicity,and can be recovered to original epidemic strains,therefore must be paid attnetion to monitor the overwintering strain in preventing cholera.
